As a product manager (f/m/d), you will develop products that transform logistics processes through continuous discovery and delivery. This role requires an innovation-driven mindset and teamwork with Product Designers, Tech Leads, the Engineering team, Sales and Marketing. Focusing on customers and engaging with target audiences, you will lead your team to make a genuine impact. Although an individual contributor role, success depends on your ability to influence team members, colleagues, stakeholders, and executives through data-driven and logical communication.
Over three years of experience with technology-driven products in roles such as product manager (f/m/d) or product owner (f/m/d) is expected.
The ability to learn and understand multiple business functions, including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing, is key.
You have the capability to solve complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to present your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
You’re also skilled at collaborating with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
