Lead agile projects
- Take charge of dynamic, agile-driven projects as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams.
- You'll plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless execution through agile methodologies.
- With a sharp focus on managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, you'll align projects with client objectives while prioritizing team backlogs to meet deadlines effectively.
Manage stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to clients and internal leadership.
- Build trust and foster long-term client relationships by addressing business challenges and objectives.
Drive cross-team collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration among stream-aligned teams managing different solution components.
- Help teams translate client requirements into actionable development goals.
- Resolve dependencies and remove blockers to sustain project momentum.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to optimize outcomes.
- You have 5+ years of project management experience in software or B2B settings, with a proven track record of leading agile enterprise projects.
- You bring familiarity with product management and the product lifecycle, ideally in supply chain or enterprise software.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have a talent for leading cross-functional teams and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
