As a Senior Agile Project Manager (f/m/d), you will lead the implementation of complex B2B supply chain solutions for international enterprise clients. Your role bridges project management, agile leadership, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful execution in a fast-paced, global environment.
Lead Large-Scale Software Implementations
- Act as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal development teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project delivery using agile methodologies.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Identify project risks at an early stage, analyze them and initiate effective countermeasures.
- Utilize a Flight Level 2 Kanban system to visualize and synchronize work across multiple teams.
Manage stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to clients and internal leadership.
- Build trust and foster long-term client relationships by addressing business challenges and objectives.
Drive cross-team collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration among stream-aligned teams managing different solution components.
- Help teams translate client requirements into actionable development goals.
- Resolve dependencies and remove blockers to sustain project momentum.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to optimize outcomes.
- You have over 5 years of project management experience, ideally in B2B software implementation, successfully delivering solutions for large corporate clients.
- You possess deep expertise in supply chain management, procurement, and transport management, enabling you to align technology with business operations.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, effectively leading cross-functional teams and balancing technical and business priorities.
