The flagship is the modular transport management system (TMS) Cartright with its driver app Pocket Driver, which was specially developed for small and medium-sized companies. A central service for shippers is the cloud-based supply chain solution, which enables suppliers, logistics service providers and industrial companies to exchange relevant data securely and make logistics processes more efficient across companies.

In our growing Shipper Digitalization division, we are developing a cloud-based supply chain platform for a more sustainable logistics ecosystem between shippers, carriers and suppliers by seamlessly connecting these parties with their logistics business partners on our Process-as-a-Service platform.

Your tasks

  • As a Senior Product Owner (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for a key component of our Supply Chain Management Process-as-a-Service platform in the area of supplier or transport management.
  • You are responsible for delivering value to our customers and ensuring business objectives are met regarding the expansion and improvement of your component.
  • With your expertise, you help your team understand the world and daily challenges of our customers, enabling you to jointly develop effective and impactful software that customers love.
  • You embody customer obsession. That’s why you stay in direct contact with our customers during the discovery phase and continuously monitor actual usage patterns and goal achievement during delivery.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, Legal, and Business Leads, you ensure that all key stakeholders are effectively involved in the agile development process so that you can achieve ambitious goals together.

Your skills

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably in supplier and/or transport management.
  • You have a proven track record of success in agile product management for B2B SaaS applications, ideally in the supply chain management sector.
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with constantly changing requirements.
  • You can quickly understand, structure, and clearly communicate complex topics.
  • Additionally, you demonstrate a high level of commitment, teamwork skills, strong communication and assertiveness, as well as a sense of responsibility.
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
