LogiMAT 2026: RIO places focus on comprehensive automation of manual processes

Trade fair appearance centred on transparent and networked logistics operations

Munich, 15 January 2026 – RIO, an expert in forwarding software, is taking part as an exhibitor at LogiMAT 2026. From 24 to 26 March 2026, the international trade fair for intralogistics and process management in Stuttgart will once again become the central meeting point for decision-makers, experts and companies seeking to actively shape the future of their logistics processes. RIO will be represented at the joint stand of the Mobility & Logistics Cluster in Hall 4, Stand 4D53.

At LogiMAT, RIO will present its Transport Management System Cartright as well as the Order Communication solution for digital order communication between dispatch and drivers. Both applications are part of RIO’s platform approach and support companies in integrating transport processes and order communication within a central solution. The applications can be integrated into existing system landscapes and create a consistent data foundation across all stakeholders involved. This enables companies to better control their processes and respond more quickly to changes.

Efficient transport processes through intelligent digitalisation
Automation and digitalisation address a key bottleneck in the industry: many processes in transport and order management are still handled manually, paper-based or in a fragmented manner. With RIO’s solutions, these can be systematically optimised. This includes improved planning and utilisation of transport capacity, reduction of manual effort, and more efficient, resource-efficient logistics processes. In this way, digital solutions make an important contribution to greater transparency throughout the supply chain.

Shaping the future of logistics together
The trade fair appearance serves as a platform for professional exchange on current requirements and technological developments in logistics. In addition to presenting its own solutions, dialogue with users, partners and decision-makers takes centre stage. As part of the Mobility & Logistics Cluster’s joint stand, RIO emphasises cooperation and networking within the industry.

“LogiMAT is an important platform for us to present our solutions for the future of transport and to engage in dialogue with experts and decision-makers,” explains Bernhard Knauss, Head of Fleet & Transport at RIO. “With Cartright and Order Communication, we demonstrate how digital processes can bring about sustainable change in the industry.”
