Munich, May 28, 2025. The Munich-based software company RIO has appointed Daniel Strucks (46) as a member of the management board, effective June 1. Strucks, who currently serves as Head of Sales & Customer Solutions IT at MAN Truck & Bus SE, will retain this position. Additionally, he will assume the interim role of CEO from Jan Kaumanns (44), who is leaving the company to pursue new professional opportunities outside the TRATON Group.

Daniel Strucks brings extensive experience in IT and the commercial vehicle industry. As Head of Sales & Customer Solutions at MAN Truck & Bus IT, he is currently responsible for the company’s digital products and solutions. The trained engineer and business economist has around 15 years of international leadership experience at MAN and Hyva, where he has played a key role in driving digital transformation and developing innovative business models.
